Our Search Consultants (Recruiters / Account Managers) work in a team environment while being held accountable for individual goals and targets. Search Consultants split their time between account management and recruiting activities. Three Pillar offers the training and tools to exceed your goals.

The Recruiter' s job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities
  • Introducing our services through the phone and in-person meetings
  • Sources and identifies qualified candidates through existing database, networking, internet, social media, advertising and direct recruiting
  • Evaluates and qualifies candidates as well as understanding their job preferences
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both candidates and clients
  • Deliver professional career and job search advice to candidates
  • Consult with clients on hiring best practices
  • Strategizing with teammates to accomplish business goals and objectives
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions including both temporary/contract as well as direct-hire opportunities

Our Recruiter' s Must have:
  • Bachelor' s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications  or related field
  • Must be self-motivated, confident, and possess a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations
  • Ability to proficiently handle negotiations with professionalism and respect is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Our Recruiter' s Preferred Qualifications are:
  • 2+ years of experience within the staffing industry or business development in a professional services firm
  • Work experience or staffing experience in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, IT, HR, Sales, Customer Service or Administration
  • Business development or recruiting experience in one or more of the following areas: RPO, Retained Search, Dedicated/Contained Search, or Hourly Outsourced Search
  • Business development or recruiting experience in one or more of the following areas: Staff Augmentation Consulting or Temporary Staffing
  • Advanced Degree and/or Credential(s)
